What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

Qualify leads and perform needs assessments while engaging technical resources

Create, deliver, and manage client presentations, proposals, and coordinate quarterly business reviews

Utilize solution-selling and value-selling techniques to effectively guide sales processes to closure

Develop and maintain business within existing accounts, managing complex sales situations and campaigns

Partner with sales Account Executives to upsell current customers and assist in closing potential customers

What is Required (Qualifications):

Minimum of 5 years of experience in Contact Center Sales

Proven ability to lead and manage complex sales cycles from start to finish

Experience working within Healthcare accounts

Experience in training others on product/services, demos, and sales guides

Proficient in utilizing Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

Experience in developing go-to-market co-sell strategies with internal and external partners

Strong track record of delivering sales forecasts and identifying market opportunities

Ability to travel as needed for client engagements
