We are seeking an Account Manager with strong relationship-building skills and experience growing revenue for cloud, SaaS, or mobile solutions. This is a Remote Work-from-Home full-time position.
Responsibilities
Serve as the primary account contact for prospects and customers
Manage inbound sales inquiries and demo requests for SaaS products
Coordinate initial and follow-up product demos with Sales Engineers
Prepare quotes and assist with renewals and upgrades
Identify and pursue expansion, cross-sell, and referral opportunities
Facilitate customer access to technical and product support resources
Nurture warm leads and maintain strong long-term account relationships
Requirements
Customer-focused with a proactive, solution-oriented approach
Experience managing and growing B2B SaaS accounts at director, VP, and executive levels
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple accounts effectively
Demonstrated success supporting revenue growth and customer satisfaction
Strong references from former managers or supervisors
