In this role, you will work directly with business clients to design, present, and sell high-quality AV and low-voltage solutions. We're an established integrator with a strong reputation, long‑term customers, and a supportive team—ideal for sales professionals who want stability and uncapped earnings. Compensation
Base salary plus uncapped commission plan with no earnings ceiling. Base salary of $24,000.00 plus a lucrative commission plan puts the pay for the job in your hands. The more you sell, the more you will make. There is no ceiling. The sky's the limit! Travel & Cell Phone Allowance. Vacation & Holiday Pay. 401(k) Plan. Health, Dental & Vision insurance available. Prospect and close new B2B accounts. Present, sell, and upsell AV/low‑voltage solutions. Manage your pipeline and meet sales targets. Strengthen relationships with existing clients. Represent the company professionally in the field. Qualifications
3+ years of B2B sales experience
in AV or low‑voltage systems. Knowledge of Sound, Paging, Intercom, CCTV, Security, and Alarm systems. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Strong negotiation and closing abilities. Self‑motivated, organized, and deadline‑driven. Valid Driver’s License. Why Work With Us
