Sr. Sales Operations Analyst, Megapack

What to Expect
The Tesla Megapack Business Operations team seeks a talented and eager individual to support all operational aspects of the Megapack business, including contract verification and amendments, order management, delivery planning, billing, payment collection and reporting. This role is a high‑impact, hands‑on position that involves tackling complex operational challenges and driving Megapack business growth. You will partner with the B2B Sales team to bring projects from bids to deployment and collaborate with cross‑function teams to solve commercial and operational problems. You will be exposed to a wide range of business subjects such as commercial negotiations, budget planning, international trade and logistics, system and AI tool development, and more.
What You'll Do
Review and verify contract terms before contract execution; amend contract price and commercial terms after execution
Arrange shipment and fulfill other contractual obligations for signed orders
Manage cash forecast, billing and payment activities
Conduct business result reporting and analytics
Support process improvement initiatives and system/AI tool development
What You'll Bring
Degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent experience
Proficiency in key system and analytics tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau, or similar) and the ability to learn and adapt quickly
Hyper‑organized, detail‑oriented and responsible
Strong resilience in handling competing priorities, high‑pressure situations, and extended work periods when needed
Prior experience in finance, analytics or logistics is preferred

Expected Compensation $80,000 – $150,000 per year + cash and stock awards + benefits. Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered.
