Sales Counselor - Independent Living

Are you passionate about building meaningful connections and helping others find a place to call home? Join our team as an Independent Living Sales Coordinator and play a key role in guiding prospective residents through one of life’s most important decisions.

What You’ll Do

Be the first point of connection for prospective residents and families, creating a warm and welcoming experience

Coordinate and schedule tours, ensuring each visit is personalized and impactful

Manage and maintain the sales pipeline, including follow-ups and prospect communications

Prepare marketing materials and support presentations that showcase the BRC lifestyle

Assist with events, open houses, and outreach efforts to engage future residents

Collaborate with the Sales Counselor and internal teams to ensure a smooth journey from inquiry to move-in

What We’re Looking For

3+ years of experience in sales, customer service, or senior living is a plus

Bachelors Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or related field

Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite

A relationship-driven professional who enjoys connecting with people

Strong organizational skills with attention to detail

Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
