Commercial HVAC Account Executive
Kendall, FL | Base Salary + Uncapped Commission | $80K–$100K+ OTE (Top reps earn 150k or more)
About the Opportunity I’m partnering with a well-established commercial HVAC company in Miami looking to add a Commercial HVAC Account Executive to drive new installation business across South Florida.
This is a true growth role. You’ll have the autonomy to build your territory, strong internal support from estimating and project management, and the ability to sell high-dollar commercial projects that directly impact your income.

What You’ll Be Doing
Prospect and develop new commercial HVAC installation projects
Build relationships with property managers, general contractors, and developers
Sell rooftop units, chillers, cooling towers, and large tonnage systems
Review blueprints and construction documents
Prepare proposals and manage the full sales cycle through close
What You Bring
3+ years of commercial HVAC sales experience
Strong understanding of commercial mechanical systems
Ability to read blueprints and bid projects
Experience selling into commercial properties or construction environments
Bilingual is a plus
This is a field-driven role with flexibility and office support when needed.
