Randstad, in partnership with our client, a leading manufacturer of building materials is seeking a diligent and passionate
CSR & Community Engagement Coordinator.
This is a critical temporary role providing Leave of Absence (LOA) coverage for the Community Matters team.
The ideal candidate is a social impact professional who can hit the ground running, supporting day-to-day programming, communications, and administrative functions that help the company "Protect What Matters Most" in the communities they serve.
Location:
Remote (New Jersey Local Preferred)
Type:
Part-Time Contract (approx. 4 months)
Schedule:
20–25 hours per week (rarely up to 30)
Pay Range:
$35.00 – $40.00 / hour
Key Responsibilities
Programmatic Support:
Provide daily operational support for the Community Matters team’s core initiatives.
Grant & Donation Management:
Vet grant application requests, manage documentation/execution, and track/process in-kind donation orders.
Platform Operations:
Utilize the
Benevity
platform to manage corporate giving and volunteerism tracking.
Impact Reporting:
Help inform impact dashboards and provide operational solutions to ensure data accuracy.
Communications:
Contribute to messaging and storytelling that conveys the tangible impact of CSR programs.
Event Support:
Assist with ad hoc projects, including employee volunteerism and event coordination.
Qualifications & Skills
Professional Experience:
Previous experience (Internship or Full-time) in Corporate Social Responsibility, Community Relations, or a related field.
Technical Proficiency:
Experience with the Benevity platform
and corporate grant processes/systems is highly preferred.
Communication:
Strong writing skills with the ability to convey complex social impact data to various stakeholders.
Project Management:
Proven ability to prioritize varying needs at a fast pace.
Location:
While the role is remote,
New Jersey-based candidates
are preferred for potential local event support.
Duration:
Approximately 4 months (Starting mid-May 2026).
Commitment:
20–25 hours per week.
Selection Process:
Includes a 15-minute initial screen followed by a panel interview and a meeting with department leadership.
