The Role

We’re looking for a Manager of Paid Creative to help drive growth through high-impact, performance-led creative. This role sits at the center of creative, growth marketing, and analytics — owning how creative ideas are developed, tested, optimized, and scaled across acquisition channels.

You’ll be responsible for turning insights into scroll-stopping content, managing creative testing frameworks, and continuously improving performance across paid channels. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in fast-moving environments and wants real ownership over creative outcomes.

Key Areas of Responsibility

Own Performance Creative Across Channels

Lead creative strategy and execution for key products and initiatives across acquisition channels, with a primary focus on paid social Support expansion into additional channels such as video, YouTube, podcasts, and emerging formats as the business scales Own the full creative lifecycle — from ideation and messaging to asset development, launch, testing, and optimization

Drive Creative Development & Testing

Brainstorm, concept, and write performance-driven creative (hooks, scripts, copy, and angles) Partner closely with designers, video editors, and production to build a steady pipeline of high-performing creative assets Develop creative testing frameworks to validate new ideas quickly and efficiently

Use Data to Scale What Works

Analyze creative and campaign performance to identify trends, winning patterns, and areas for improvement Track and report on key performance metrics, translating results into clear insights and next steps Continuously refine creative strategies based on learnings from testing and experimentation

Collaborate Cross-Functionally

Work closely with growth marketing, analytics, and product teams to align creative with broader performance goals Partner with data and technology teams to support conversion rate optimization and funnel performance Share insights with stakeholders and leadership to inform creative and growth decisions

Skills & Experience

2–4 years of experience in a fast-paced, performance-oriented role (growth marketing, performance creative, consulting, analytics, or similar) Experience working in high-growth, startup, or DTC environments preferred Exposure to paid social, performance marketing, and creative testing frameworks is a strong plus A strong blend of creative intuition and analytical thinking Comfortable working with performance data and using it to inform creative decisions Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities Clear, confident communicator who can articulate ideas and insights to cross-functional partners
