Multimedia Marketing Assistant

We're seeking a skilled Marketing Assistant specializing in product photography, videography, and editing to join our growing team in Las Vegas. If you're highly organized, creatively driven, and motivated to elevate our brand through compelling imagery, we'd love to hear from you. You'll collaborate closely with our marketing team to produce visuals that captivate our audience and deliver an exceptional brand experience.
What You’ll Be Doing: Multimedia Content Creation
Help plan, set up, and execute product photo and video shoots in both studio and lifestyle.
Photos and videos of products from various angles, including detailed close-ups, in-action shots, hero images, and lifestyle images that showcase features and appeal.
Source or style props, backgrounds, lighting setups, and any necessary accessories to align with brand aesthetics.
Edit and retouch raw photos and videos using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, After Effects), AfterShoot, or similar software to align with brand identity.
Create photo and video for print and digital (e-commerce product listings, website, social media, email campaigns, print materials, and ads)
Meet deadlines while delivering polished, high-quality visuals.
Work closely with the marketing team to understand campaign needs, product priorities, and visual style guidelines.
Update and maintain files across (external drives, Google Drive, etc.)
Tradeshow & Event Support
Assist with trade shows by helping to set up, staff the booth, and dismantle displays and materials.
Engage with visitors and collect leads for the sales team.
Must be willing to travel!
Qualifications:
Strong knowledge of photo and video production
Knowledge of brand storytelling, lighting, and composition
Strong file management and organization skills
Excellent collaboration and communication skills
Ability to meet deadlines while delivering high-quality, polished visuals.
A strong portfolio showcasing relevant work.
Preferred:
Bachelor's Degree or Certificate in Photography, Film, Media Production, Graphic Design, Marketing, or related field
Experience with drone photography, 360 cameras, etc.
Experience in tools or tech products, or a related field, is a plus.
