Job Summary We are seeking a passionate, hospitality-focused Marketing Manager to join a busy, premier multi-site corporate dining portfolio. As an impactful partner to the food & beverage operations team, you will maximize event and guest engagement opportunities, driving exposure, engagement, and utilization. You will develop and maintain the look and feel of operations, including concept development, merchandising, promotions, signage, visual style, advertising, and marketing budgets.

Key Responsibilities

Research, develop, and implement marketing and merchandising programs to increase check average, participation, and brand awareness.

Develop marketing action plans and collateral to support new programs.

Provide hands‑on support for set‑ups of culinary, marketing, and retail innovations at accounts.

Develop the annual business plan marketing objectives.

Implement and maintain on‑site and digital signage programs.

Participate in marketing manager meetings with RA corporate marketing.

Work with culinary teams to implement merchandising, marketing, and operational guidelines.

Conduct café audits to assure quality and compliance.

Update design jobs using design software.

Maintain the wellness program, including signage and promotions.

Assist in preparing quarterly business review presentations.

Work with clients’ marketing and communication teams to promote cafés.

Maintain and update the dining website.

Maintain social media platforms and build café participation through these channels.

Manage tasks within provided budgets and guidelines.

Support corporate marketing for new account openings; weekend work and travel may occur.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree required; 3+ years merchandising and/or F&B marketing experience desired.

Demonstrated ability to prioritize marketing objectives and deliverables.

Effective written and oral communication skills.

Successful partnership with operations; proactive and present as a business partner.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).

Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator) experience a plus.
