A bit about us: A global, rapidly scaling prepared foods company in Fullerton is hiring a Safety Manager. The role is responsible for shaping and executing safety initiatives across a network of food manufacturing sites in North America. This individual will guide compliance efforts, influence operational leaders, and implement programs that improve employee safety outcomes. Success in this position is measured by reduced incidents, effective risk management, and a consistent safety mindset across all facilities.

Job Details / Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a safety, environmental, or related discipline is highly preferred

Fluent in Spanish and English

5–7 years of safety leadership experience within manufacturing or industrial operations

Experienced in creating and enforcing standardized safety policies, procedures, and training programs across all plants

Experienced in reducing incident rates and workers' compensation claims

Experienced in overseeing incident investigations, performing root cause analysis, and implementing corrective actions to prevent future incidents

Experienced in conducting inspections and regular audits

Certified Safety Professional (CSP) preferred

CSP Knowledgeable in OSHA

Strong leadership, communication, and cross‑functional collaboration skills with experience using safety systems and reporting tools

Ability to travel domestically 1-2 times a quarter
