
Remote SaaS Sales Manager — Lead a High-Performance Team

What to Expect (Job Responsibilities): - Develop and manage a team of 6-8 Account Executives to achieve sales goals - Utilize sales technology tools to monitor team performance and identify coaching opportunities - Conduct regular one-on-one check-ins with team members to set objectives and track progress - Oversee the sales pipeline, ensuring effective processes and systems are in place - Collaborate with the revenue operations team to gain insights into sales opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly
What is Required (Qualifications): - Minimum of 2 years of experience managing a sales team - At least 5 years of experience in full-cycle SaaS sales with a proven track record of success - Demonstrated success in coaching and mentoring sales personnel to drive high performance - Strong ability to make data-driven decisions and implement strategic plans - Must possess a growth mindset and strong interpersonal skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications): - Experience selling to nonprofits is a plus - Familiarity with sales technology tools such as Salesforce, Gong, and ZoomInfo - Prior experience in a mission-driven or social-good organization
