What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

Develop and manage a team of 6-8 Account Executives to achieve sales goals

Utilize sales technology tools to monitor team performance and identify coaching opportunities

Conduct regular one-on-one check-ins with team members to set objectives and track progress

Oversee the sales pipeline, ensuring effective processes and systems are in place

Collaborate with the revenue operations team to gain insights into sales opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly

What is Required (Qualifications):

Minimum of 2 years of experience managing a sales team

At least 5 years of experience in full-cycle SaaS sales with a proven track record of success

Demonstrated success in coaching and mentoring sales personnel to drive high performance

Strong ability to make data-driven decisions and implement strategic plans

Must possess a growth mindset and strong interpersonal skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

Experience selling to nonprofits is a plus

Familiarity with sales technology tools such as Salesforce, Gong, and ZoomInfo

Prior experience in a mission-driven or social-good organization
