
Enterprise Change & OD Strategist

We’re partnering with an insurance company to hire a Change & Organization Development Strategist to join their Enterprise Change & OD Center of Excellence. This group partners closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to support large-scale, complex change initiatives, helping to align people, processes, and strategy. In this role, you’ll be instrumental in guiding leaders and employees through change, building capabilities, and ensuring sustainable adoption of new ways of working.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute change management strategies to support key initiatives
Conduct stakeholder analysis and change impact assessments
Identify and manage resistance to ensure successful adoption
Partner with and coach project teams to lead change effectively
Organization Development
Diagnose organizational needs and implement OD strategies to improve performance
Design and deliver programs such as leadership development, coaching, and team effectiveness
Measurement & Evaluation
Define success metrics for change initiatives
Evaluate outcomes and continuously improve strategies based on results
Qualifications:
3–5 years of experience in Change Management and/or Organization Development
Experience supporting complex, enterprise-level transformation initiatives
Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills across all levels
Ability to assess organizational impact and implement targeted strategies
Excellent communication and facilitation skills
Strong project management skills; proficiency in MS Office & Teams
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Organizational Development, I/O Psychology, or related field preferred
