We’re seeking a Senior Strategy Lead (Brand & Growth) who thrives in ambiguity, leads client conversations with confidence, and can translate deep research into campaigns that drive business outcomes. This person will own strategic direction across a portfolio of long‑term client partnerships.

What You'll Own Strategic Direction

Own brand and go‑to‑market strategy for a portfolio of retained clients

Lead founder discovery, stakeholder interviews, and executive workshops

Develop positioning frameworks, messaging architecture, and campaign platforms

Translate business objectives into clear strategic roadmaps

Design full‑funnel strategy rooted in positioning

Map customer journeys and identify high‑leverage growth opportunities

Define KPIs that align with business goals

Ensure strategy connects to measurable outcomes

Present strategy in a way executives understand and buy into

Challenge assumptions thoughtfully

Elevate conversations beyond surface‑level marketing requests

Internal Orchestration

Align designers, copywriters, and growth partners around a clear vision

Manage strategic timelines and ensure cohesion across initiatives

Help evolve Objective Brand’s internal frameworks and IP

Who You Are

6+ years in brand strategy, integrated marketing strategy, or growth strategy

Comfortable moving between big‑picture positioning and practical execution

Confident leading executive‑level conversations

Analytical enough to respect performance metrics without being defined by them

High ownership, low ego

Strong business acumen

Taste level aligned with timeless, premium brands

Entrepreneurial and comfortable in ambiguity

Bonus Points

Experience in financial services or other high‑trust industries

Experience leading rebrands or category positioning

Exposure to growth marketing and funnel architecture

Art direction or creative leadership experience

Built systems or frameworks inside a growing company

What You'll Get

Fully remote

Base salary: $90,000–$115,000, with clear path for increased responsibility and compensation over time
