Responsibilities

Customer & Parts Support Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email Prepare quotes for replacement parts and service items Process orders and track fulfillment Research equipment history and part compatibility Coordinate with internal technical teams to resolve questions Communicate order updates and timelines to customers Assist with returns, warranty requests, and replacements E-Commerce Coordination

Help maintain and improve the company’s online parts store Create product listings, including descriptions and specifications Organize product images and documentation Maintain product organization and SKU structure Monitor inventory availability Process online orders and coordinate shipping Identify opportunities to improve the online customer experience Process Improvement Help transition parts to online ordering Identify opportunities for better organization and automation Track common customer requests to support inventory planning Support continuous improvement initiatives Qualifications

2–3+ years in parts sales, inside sales, customer service, or similar role Strong attention to detail Comfortable working in multiple software platforms Experience with Microsoft Office ERP experience preferred but not required E-commerce or Shopify experience is a plus Ability to read technical documentation preferred Strong written communication skills Organized and self-directed Education

High school diploma required Technical training or associate degree preferred Benefits
