We’re Hiring: Document Specialist II
Are you highly organized, quality-driven, and experienced in documentation control? Join our team at ABL! We are looking for a Document Specialist II to help manage our documentation system and ensure operational excellence.
Contract:
6 months (possible extension based on business needs)
Location:
Barceloneta, PR
Schedule:
Regular shift 10:30 AM–7:00 PM; must be available for overtime & weekends
Key Responsibilities
Process and maintain documentation within compliance systems
Manage document change controls and record retention
Coordinate updates across multiple operational systems (SAP, LIMS, MES/POMS, Delta V)
Train staff on system procedures
Collaborate across departments (Validation, Training, Quality, Production, Engineering, IS)
Support EH&S compliance and continuous improvement
Required Qualifications
3 years’ experience
with documentation change control, batch prep, verification, & retention
Advanced
Microsoft Office
skills (especially Word)
Strong attention to quality & detail
Fully bilingual (preferred; must understand & write English)
Associate Degree
