The Senior Manager, Operations leads the execution of complex projects, programs, and operational initiatives that support business growth, efficiency, and strategic priorities. This role partners cross‑functionally to drive results, optimize processes, and deliver scalable solutions across the organization.

What you’ll do Project & Program Management

Lead the execution of projects, workstreams, and programs by developing and managing project plans, timelines, and deliverables

Monitor performance against defined standards, track progress, and adjust plans as needed to ensure successful implementation

Identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and implement contingency plans for escalated issues

Manage budgets and approve expenditures as required

Data Analysis & Decision Support

Provide data‑driven insights by sourcing, analyzing, and interpreting business data

Identify trends, assess performance, and translate findings into actionable recommendations aligned with business objectives

Support strategic decision‑making through analysis of key initiatives and business performance

Operational Excellence & Process Improvement

Drive the implementation of business solutions by partnering with cross‑functional stakeholders

Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and streamline processes

Develop and implement scorecards, tracking mechanisms, and performance metrics

Ensure data accuracy and consistency across systems and reporting

Innovation & Tool Development

Lead the development and enhancement of operational tools, reporting, and customer‑facing functionality

Define business and functional requirements and provide solutions for complex, cross‑functional challenges

Partner with Product, Engineering, Merchandising, and other teams to deliver scalable solutions

Strategy Execution & Business Impact

Execute multiple business plans and initiatives aligned with organizational priorities

Identify and remove barriers to performance and drive accountability for results

Support initiatives that generate revenue, reduce operational costs, and improve overall business outcomes

Stakeholder Management & Collaboration

Build strong relationships with internal partners and influence cross‑functional teams to drive alignment and execution

Communicate priorities, progress, and outcomes to stakeholders and leadership

People Leadership

Lead, coach, and develop a team by setting clear expectations and fostering a high‑performing, inclusive work environment

Provide ongoing feedback, recognition, and development opportunities

Promote a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning

What you’ll bring

Background in operations, finance, strategy, or business transformation

Strong proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau)

Experience with financial/budget oversight

Proven ability to manage complex, cross‑functional programs and influence without direct authority

Experience working with external vendors and managing end‑to‑end program delivery

Strong executive communication skills, with the ability to translate data into clear, actionable insights

Demonstrated ability to drive process improvement, automation, and operational efficiency

Experience developing or supporting learning and development programs or large‑scale training initiatives

Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, evolving environment and manage multiple priorities effectively

Bentonville, Arkansas US-30008: The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00

Hoboken, New Jersey US-10279: The annual salary range for this position is $108,000.00 - $216,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :

Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations, or related field and 3 years’ experience in operations, project management, or related area OR 5 years’ experience in operations, project management, or related area. 1 year’s supervisory experience.
