
Marketing Manager – Restaurant Concepts

ALife Hospitality Group is growing, and we need a marketing leader who can build brands — not just post content. This role sits at the intersection of creative strategy and restaurant operations, driving guest traffic and brand identity across our portfolio of concepts.
What you’ll own
Develop and execute marketing strategies for multiple restaurant concepts simultaneously
Manage social media, content calendars, photography, and video production across all brands
Coordinate promotions, grand openings, events, and in-store campaigns with operations teams
Manage influencer relationships, media outreach, and community partnerships
Track ROI, guest engagement metrics, and performance — make decisions from data, not guesses
Maintain brand consistency across every touchpoint and location
Support recruiting marketing when new roles need visibility
What we’re looking for
3–5+ years in multi‑location or multi‑brand marketing — hospitality, restaurant, or nightlife experience is a strong plus
Hands‑on experience managing a small creative or marketing team
Proficiency with CRM, loyalty platforms, email/SMS tools, and analytics dashboards
Experience managing paid social strategy and influencer programs
Comfortable reading data (website, social, email) and turning it into action
Strong differentiators
Background in nightlife, F&B, or entertainment marketing
Experience with delivery/to-go platforms (ChowNow, Uber Eats, DoorDash)
You’ve built or overhauled a loyalty or retention program
Managed external agency or vendor relationships
