Shopper Marketing Manager – KLN Family Brands Hours:

7:00 AM – 5:00 PM M-TH and 7:00 AM - 11:00 AM F

Schedule:

Monday - Friday

Compensation

All in compensation: $55,000 to $85,000

Base Pay: $45,000 to $70,000

Year one Bonus: $10,000 to $16,000 throughout year 1

Profit Sharing Eligibility: Begins after completing 1 year of employment ($7.7 Million in Profits Paid to Profit Sharing Pool in 2025)

What We Are Looking For The Shopper Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing shopper marketing strategies that influence purchase behavior at retail and leading our shopper marketing team. This role partners with sales, brand marketing, and retail partners to create, execute, and support programs that drive shopper engagement, improve brand visibility, and increase sales across retail channels. This position will report to the Senior Manager of Marketing Operations.

Essential Duties

Plan, execute and/or assist in campaigns for in store displays, retail media advertising, sampling, promotions, and digital activations.

Develop shopper marketing strategies aligned with brand and commercial objectives.

Partner with our Marketing and Sales teams to support brand goals and retailer objectives.

Develop, manage, and audit POS materials, in store signage, and promotional displays.

Provide recommendations to optimize future programs.

Optimize spending across campaigns and channels.

Support product launches from an in store experience standpoint.

Manage consumer ratings and review platforms.

Support branded Ecommerce efforts.

Manage national tradeshows.

Lead, inspire, and grow a team of marketing professionals.

Set clear performance goals and provide regular coaching and feedback.

Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications

4–8 years of experience in: Shopper marketing, Trade marketing, Brand marketing, Sales or customer marketing

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field

Strong communication skills, both oral and written, including effective negotiation skills.

Knowledge of retail marketing strategies and shipper insights.

Experience working with retail partners and cross‑functional teams.

Strong analytical and project management skills.

Experience with budget and ROI management.
