Job Overview The
Sales Professional
is responsible for driving revenue growth by converting leads into sales while delivering an outstanding customer experience. This role focuses on selling premium wellness and leisure products—including hot tubs, swim spas, swimming pools, saunas, and related offerings—by understanding customer needs and providing tailored solutions.
In addition to sales responsibilities, this role supports daily store operations, including customer interactions, point-of-sale transactions, water testing and water chemistry assistance, stocking, merchandising, and maintaining a clean and welcoming showroom environment.
Pay Rate $12.00 hourly + commission
Responsibilities
Convert qualified leads into sales while building long‑term customer relationships
Sell luxury wellness products by understanding customer needs and recommending the best solutions
Follow up on leads in a timely manner using phone, text, email, and other communication channels
Track and manage leads and sales activity according to company guidelines
Monitor KPIs and proactively identify opportunities for improvement
Provide water testing services and assist customers with water chemistry recommendations
Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems for transactions and order processing
Maintain a professional showroom environment through merchandising and product displays
Assist with stocking merchandise and replenishing inventory
Perform basic cleaning and housekeeping duties including counters, doors, and entry areas
Respond to customer inquiries while maintaining a professional and welcoming experience
Conduct customer site visits when required
Work a flexible retail schedule including weekends and some holidays
Qualifications
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Experience with financing options and payment plans preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook
Experience with lead management or CRM systems preferred
Ability to perform in a competitive sales environment
Dependable, self‑motivated, and solution‑oriented
Ability to contribute to a positive, team‑focused workplace
Must be physically able to lift and carry at least 10 lbs. when needed
Must own and operate a smartphone
Must have reliable transportation
