Overview

A CUSA Public Relations Associate assists in planning and executing communication strategies that promote and protect the organization’s reputation. The role involves working with media, managing content, and supporting PR campaigns to increase brand awareness and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders. This position is full time and offers a hybrid work schedule requiring in-office presence on certain days with the option to work from home the remainder of the week, subject to business needs. Responsibilities

Draft press releases, media pitches, and other communication materials. Support PR campaigns and brand awareness initiatives. Maintain relationships with journalists, media outlets, and influencers. Monitor media coverage and prepare reports on PR performance. Assist with corporate communications, social media messaging, and public announcements. Coordinate events such as press conferences, product launches, and media briefings. Support Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and community engagement initiatives. Track industry news and identify media opportunities. Required Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or Journalism Internship or entry-level experience in PR, communications, or media relations Goal of the Role

Compensation
