Executive & Personal Assistant
to support a C-suite executive based in the South Bay (Los Angeles area). This role requires exceptional judgment, professionalism, and a proactive mindset to operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-performance environment. The ideal candidate is intellectually curious, detail-oriented, and thrives in a dynamic setting—balancing both executive-level business responsibilities and personal support with discretion and efficiency. Key Responsibilities Provide high-level administrative and personal support to a C-suite executive, including complex calendar management, travel coordination, and expense tracking Manage a constantly evolving schedule while serving as a primary liaison for internal and external stakeholders Draft, edit, and manage communications across multiple channels with a high degree of professionalism and confidentiality Oversee daily operations of the executive office, including meeting logistics, coordination, and resource management Partner with senior leadership to streamline processes, improve workflows, and support cross-functional initiatives Coordinate corporate functions and private events, ensuring seamless execution and attention to detail Manage access to company-sponsored events, tickets, and related assets Track and route sensitive documentation across legal, HR, and finance teams, ensuring timely completion Represent the executive office in internal initiatives, committees, and engagement programs Handle ad hoc projects and shifting priorities with sound judgment, discretion, and initiative Qualifications Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution 3–5 years of experience supporting senior executives in an Executive or Personal Assistant capacity Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with strong business acumen Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and strong research capabilities Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and organizational skills Experience within financial services or a professional services environment is preferred Ability to balance personal and professional responsibilities with a high level of discretion Based in or near Manhattan Beach / South Bay with a reliable commute Flexible schedule with availability outside standard business hours as needed Highly professional, service-oriented, and adaptable
