
Global Product Manager - Strategy, Growth & P&L

The job holder is responsible for program development, sales preparation, and sales in relation to the defined product/program areas.
In doing so, he/she is responsible for defining strategic, global, or cross-regional tasks and has authority to issue guidelines for the market areas.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for the income statement and profit and loss statement for the defined product/program areas (in their area).
Develops (in coordination with the market areas) the strategy and strategic planning (sales, EBIT, investments) for the defined product/program areas.
Formulates guidelines for market development and sales structures (in the market areas) in relation to the defined product/program areas.
Controls the program and process orientation of the area by communicating and implementing the strategy and product concept in the market areas.
Defines the global supply chain concept (manufacturing, production concepts, plant networks) in coordination with OPS in relation to the defined product/program areas.
Allocates production capacities and, if necessary, designs the creation of new capacities.
Ensures the profitability and return on invest.
Manages communication of the strategy and product concept.
Responsible for the development and refinement of product variants related to the defined product/program areas based on feedback from the market areas.
Leads the development of solution concepts by identifying global market and customer requirements.
Increases sales potential by proactively identifying and responding to global market trends
Maintains dialogue with customers regarding current and potential product developments
Negotiates with global/international key accounts.
Represents the division at relevant industry events.
Organizes and leads regular cross-market area division conferences for strategy development and coordination regarding products, sales and marketing concepts, and customers
Leads and supports the division in change processes
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
2+ years of experience in Product and client management.
Project leading.
Proven experience working with windows systems.
Advance Excel skills.
Strong written, verbal and communication skills
