About the Opportunity A growing healthcare organization is seeking an HR Compliance Specialist to support a short-term, project-based initiative following a recent acquisition. This role will focus on ensuring onboarding documentation is accurate, compliant, and audit-ready. It’s a great opportunity to contribute to a high-impact HR project within a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Key Responsibilities
Review, audit, and correct I-9 documentation for acquired employees
Manage E-Verify processing and resolve any compliance issues
Communicate with appropriate agencies regarding employment verification as needed
Support HR audit preparation and documentation cleanup
Ensure employee records meet all compliance standards
Assist in completing the project within established timelines
Qualifications
Prior experience with I-9 compliance and E-Verify is required
Experience supporting HR audits is strongly preferred
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently in a deadline-driven, project-based environment
Fully onsite role (Monday–Friday)
