Regional Manager, Continuous Improvement
North East Region (Covering MA, CT, RI, NH, NJ, PA)
Travel: Approximately 50% across the North East region
Overview We are partnering with a well-established, multi-site manufacturing and distribution organization to hire a Regional Manager, Continuous Improvement. This is a newly created, high-impact role designed to lead lean transformation and process optimization across multiple facilities in the North East.
This position is ideal for a hands-on continuous improvement leader who has built lean programs from the ground up, knows how to earn buy-in from operations teams, and is excited to make a visible, measurable impact across several plants.

What You Will Do
Implement and sustain lean practices to reduce waste and improve efficiency
Standardize processes across multiple plants
Train and coach teams on lean tools and best practices
Lead initiatives using 5S, Kaizen, Six Sigma, Kanban, and Value Stream Mapping
Analyze KPIs and performance data to drive results
Partner with plant and operations leaders to build buy-in
Present progress and improvement plans to leadership
Ensure all improvements align with safety and sustainability goals
What We Are Looking For
Strong experience in continuous improvement, lean, or operations leadership
Proven success driving measurable improvements in manufacturing, logistics, or distribution
Strong knowledge of lean methodologies
Experience leading workshops, Kaizen events, and change initiatives
Ability to influence and engage cross-functional teams
Lean or Six Sigma certification strongly preferred
