Video Editor

We’re looking for a video editor to help build something from the ground up. Our team recently relocated to North Carolina and is documenting a real-time journey: building toward a $5M business starting with limited resources. This is a fast-moving, behind-the-scenes look at testing ideas, solving problems, and creating something sustainable from scratch. This is not a highly produced project (yet). We’re filming as we go - on phones and cameras - capturing the process of finding housing, launching businesses, and navigating the early stages in real time. The content is raw, consistent, and story-driven. We’re looking for someone who: Can maintain consistent editing output (daily or near-daily turnaround) Is interested in growing with a project from its earliest stage Understands storytelling, pacing, and audience retention Is motivated to build a strong portfolio and long-term opportunity Tools and workflow: Sony A7 series cameras Google Workspace WhatsApp Cloud-based file sharing Important: This role begins as unpaid while we establish traction. The intention is to transition into a paid, long-term position as the project grows and generates revenue.
