
Marketing Services Manager

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute the marketing strategy and roadmap for a portfolio of expert and technical services
Identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive insights to inform new service creation and enhancement
Lead new service launches, including planning, positioning, and internal/external promotion
Design and manage B2B marketing campaigns (digital, content, webinars, trade marketing, events)
Drive lead generation initiatives and track performance metrics
Act as a project manager for regional and global initiatives
Coordinate branding, messaging, and marketing collateral across channels
Partner closely with Sales and technical teams to increase service visibility and adoption
Engage directly with clients through sales calls, industry events, and trade shows
Qualifications Required
5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, service marketing, or product marketing
Background supporting service-based or technical offerings
Proven project management experience in cross-functional environments
Strong communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills
Preferred
MBA or advanced business education
Marketing experience in the Food&Beverage Industry
Experience launching or scaling expert, technical, or scientific services
Additional Information
Hybrid office environment
Travel up to 25–30%

Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Chicago, IL.
Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $105000.00 - $115000.00/yr.
