
Marketing Campaigns Specialist - Boston, NY, Washington, D.C.

The Marketing Campaigns Specialist is a key member of the Integrated Marketing and Brand team, supporting the execution of strategic, multi-channel marketing campaigns that elevate the Mintz brand, strengthen market visibility, and drive growth objectives.
Reporting to the Senior Strategic Campaigns Manager, this role supports the end-to-end campaign lifecycle, from planning and content coordination to channel execution, performance tracking, and optimization. The Specialist plays a critical role in ensuring campaigns are delivered on time, aligned with brand standards, and executed seamlessly across digital, social, email, and event channels.
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Execution & Coordination
Support the execution of integrated, multi-channel campaigns aligned with firm, practice, and industry priorities. Assist in campaign planning, including timeline development, task tracking, asset coordination, and workflow management. Coordinate with Business Development, PR, Creative, Tech, and Events teams to ensure campaign components are aligned and delivered on schedule. Draft and prepare campaign content, including email copy, social media posts, website updates, landing pages, and collateral. Manage internal review and approval workflows to ensure messaging accuracy and brand consistency. Ensure campaign deliverables are consistent with firm voice, visual standards, and strategic objectives. Digital & Channel Support
Support campaign deployment across digital channels, including website, email marketing platforms, and social media. Assist in building and updating campaign landing pages, event pages, and related digital assets. Monitor campaign engagement metrics (e.g., email performance, web traffic, social engagement) and compile performance reports. Identify opportunities for optimization and recommend adjustments based on performance data and user engagement insights. Performance Reporting & Optimization
Track campaign KPIs and maintain reporting dashboards to support visibility and performance measurement. Assist in preparing campaign summaries and post-campaign recaps, highlighting key metrics, insights, and recommendations. Support ongoing testing and refinement of messaging, channel strategy, and audience targeting. Operational Excellence
Maintain campaign trackers, documentation, and shared resources to support transparency and workflow efficiency. Contribute to campaign briefs, intake forms, and process documentation to ensure clarity and consistency. Support prioritization and intake processes within the Integrated Marketing and Brand team. Escalate risks, delays, or resource constraints to the Senior Manager in a timely manner. This role requires 60% in office presence; remote work is permissible 40% of the time. Flexibility to work overtime when necessary. Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field. 3+ years of experience in marketing, communications, or campaign execution, preferably in a law firm, professional services, or B2B environment. Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with excellent attention to detail. Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and effectively to colleagues and stakeholders at all levels both verbally and written. Working knowledge of digital marketing channels and performance metrics. Experience supporting multi-channel marketing initiatives. Proficiency with marketing platforms and tools (e.g., email marketing systems, CMS platforms such as Drupal, social scheduling tools). Familiarity with analytics and reporting tools; comfort working with performance data. Strong organizational, administrative and project coordination skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven, matrixed environment. Collaborative mindset with strong interpersonal communication skills. Creative problem solving skills, reasoning ability, and logical thought process. Demonstrated ability to professionally interact and collaborate with colleagues at all levels. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Outstanding sense of customer service. Enthusiastic, proactive, and positive attitude. Ability to handle confidential matters with discretion. Must be self-motivated to produce quality work. High level of integrity and honesty. Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in using Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint. Ability to quickly get up to speed and master new applications and software is critical.
