Identify, analyze, design, development, implementation, and evaluate the learning solutions.
Collaborate between the stakeholders, team members and trainers to understand the requirements and the need for training.
Continuously review training programs, materials, and processes and modify or advise on the improvements needed based on evaluations and changing business needs.
Develop E-Learning modules and experienced with both remote learning and classroom learning methodologies.
Identify key performance and skills/knowledge gaps, and recommend learning solutions to drive organizational results.
Experienced with working on tools like Captivate, Articulate 360, Filmora etc.
