We are looking for a strategic communicator to join JPMorganChase’s Commercial & Investment Banking communications team supporting the Digital & Platform Services organization. As a Communications Senior Associate within Commercial & Investment Banking (CIB), you will support the Digital & Platform Services (D&PS) organization. D&PS accelerates transformation within CIB by uniting Technology, Operations, Digital Innovation, AI, and Data teams to create future‑ready products and platforms. In this dynamic role, you will support internal communications for the Commercial & Investment Bank Technology Communications team, including key initiatives, programs and providing executive communications support. You'll craft compelling narratives that blend complex technical concepts with engaging stories, leading transformation and innovation. In this role you will translate technical ideas for both technical and business audiences.
