International Customer Service Rep

Additionally, it has sales and distribution offices in various countries throughout Europe, Asia, and South America. Position Objective: To perform various tasks needed to support the International Customer Account Lead position without having an assigned sales region. This support role requires a basic understanding and working knowledge of customer service functions and is intended to provide back-up support for the Lead position when needed. Responsibilities: Take calls and assist customer account lead as needed Provide oversight for the large SG tissue allocations to Canadian accounts Address customer inquiries and provide information about Artivion's services, products, and ordering processes Assist lead in resolving account issues Work closely with the Shipping teams at both US sites Work with Regional Sales Leaders to support sales and logistics needs Work with Finance and Accounting teams for monthly revenue recognition for APAC distributors Qualifications: HS Diploma or equivalent, some college preferred Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively Demonstrated proficiency in international business and distribution practices Able to work well under pressure and meet deadlines Knowledge of SAP, Outlook and Dynamics 365 (CRM) preferred Prefer bilingual or multilingual with focus on Spanish, French and German languages Equal Opportunity Employer This employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
