Read on.Day-to-day, your role includes:Leading the strategic process, providing the insights and tactics to create content, build audiences and amplify a client’s reachProviding smart perspective on overall social and content industry landscape, trends and best practicesDriving thought leadership around content development, engagement practices, measurement, and processHelping brands develop governance and escalation policies for social mediaCultivating strong relationships with 3rd party content providers and websitesPresenting to and strategizing with clients on specific brand social initiativesQualificationsWe’re looking for strong, impactful work experience, which typically includes:
8+ years of digital marketing experience, with an emphasis on social media and or/content development for major clients A strong understanding of media planning, distribution and content syndicationSuperb experience leading creative thinking in the digital space: content, media, social and activationThe ability to develop strong relationships with internal and external partnersWell versed in new technology, new content solutions, social media events and developments—plus a strong connection with entertainment and pop cultureA strong sense of consumer insights—you get what makes people tickThe ability to back up great creative ideas with sound analytical reasoningA strong, up-to-date point of view on digital media, social channels and content platforms and up and coming partners, practices and initiativesPoise and eloquence—when you speak with clients, they listenWillingness to travel—you’re open to new places, new faces and new ideasFamiliarity with prompt-based interaction and commonly used generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Google Gemini, DALL·E, Midjourney) is a plus, especially for tasks like ideation, research, or content generation.Got the sparkle? This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
