Automotive Customer Service Representative
Sanderson Ford is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Automotive Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role is responsible for managing inbound and outbound communications related to service customers, scheduling service appointments, and delivering timely follow-up to ensure an exceptional customer experience. The Customer Service Representative plays a critical role in supporting our service department by driving appointment volume, improving retention, and ensuring every customer interaction reflects the high standards of Sanderson Ford. Key Responsibilities
Respond promptly and professionally to inbound service calls, internet inquiries, and online appointment requests Make outbound calls to confirm appointments, follow up on missed appointments, and reconnect with past service customers Schedule and coordinate service appointments efficiently and accurately Utilize CRM and dealership software to track customer interactions and maintain accurate records Follow dealership scripts, templates, and communication standards to ensure consistency Conduct service reminder outreach based on maintenance intervals and dealership campaigns Work closely with service advisors and management to ensure smooth appointment flow Provide customers with clear information regarding service processes and expectations Deliver a professional and friendly first impression in every customer interaction Qualifications
Previous customer service and/or call center experience required Strong computer skills and ability to learn dealership CRM systems Excellent verbal and written communication skills Highly organized with strong attention to detail Ability to manage a high volume of calls and multitask effectively Positive, team-oriented attitude Automotive service experience is a plus but not required Self-motivated with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction Why Join Sanderson Ford
