Job Summary

The Senior Corporate Training Specialist - HubSpot Enablement is responsible for the design, development, delivery, and continuous improvement of employee training programs with a primary focus on HubSpot CRM and related sales, marketing, and service tools. This role supports multiple departments, including individual contributors and people leaders, and serves as a subject matter expert for HubSpot training strategy, adoption, and best practices.

The Senior Corporate Training Specialist acts as a project lead for assigned training initiatives, partnering closely with business stakeholders to ensure training solutions align with organizational goals and drive measurable user adoption. This role also supports and mentors junior members of the training team while fostering a collaborative, positive learning environment.

Duties & Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deliver HubSpot-focused training programs that support onboarding, role-based enablement, and ongoing skill development

Serve as the primary subject matter expert for HubSpot training, including CRM usage, reporting, workflows, automation, and integrations

Facilitate instructor-led, virtual, and self-paced training sessions for new hires and existing employees

Partner with sales, marketing, service, and operations leaders to assess training needs and translate them into effective learning solutions

Lead training projects from intake through execution, including timelines, stakeholder communication, and outcomes

Create and maintain training content within the Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring accuracy and alignment with current processes

Develop digital learning assets using tools such as Articulate 360, video platforms, and job aids

Monitor training effectiveness and adoption metrics, identifying opportunities to improve engagement and return on investment

Manage and maintain enablement tools to support consistent usage and learning reinforcement

Mentor peers and internal clients on systems, processes, and best practices related to HubSpot and supporting tools

Collaborate with the training team to fulfill complex or cross-functional training requests

Support administrative tasks and special projects as assigned

Promote a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment across all training interactions

Qualifications

Experience

5-7 years of relevant experience in corporate training, enablement, or learning and development

Demonstrated experience training on HubSpot CRM or similar sales/customer relationship management platforms

Experience coordinating training across multiple departments, locations, and audiences

Proficiency in presentation, facilitation, coaching, and process development

Strong background in virtual training delivery using platforms such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams, or Webex

Experience managing and updating Learning Management Systems (LMS)

Experience developing online content using Articulate 360 (Rise, Storyline, Replay)

Working knowledge of sales and customer lifecycle concepts

Experience with Microsoft Office products

Moderate experience with video development and digital learning assets

Preferred Experience

HubSpot certifications (Sales Hub, Service Hub, Marketing Hub, or Train-the-Trainer)

Experience supporting sales, marketing, or customer success teams

Familiarity with DISC or similar behavioral assessment tools

Salary Range: $74,340 - $92,925
