Custom Architectural Millwork Fabricator
We are seeking a skilled Custom Architectural Millwork Fabricator to join our team in Spanish Fork, Utah. This role involves building custom woodwork components from shop drawings, operating woodworking machinery, and ensuring high-quality finishes and assembly. Ability to pay close attention to detail and a desire for best practices and improved processes. This will also require a strong ability to work with a team to prepare jobs and collaborate with the manufacturing team to achieve maximum efficiency and the best quality possible. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Read and interpret architectural drawings and shop plans Fabricate custom millwork, including cabinetry, paneling, fixtures, and trim Operate woodworking equipment such as CNC machines, table saws, routers, and edge banders Perform precise joinery and assembly Sand, prep, and assist with finishing as needed Conduct quality checks to ensure accuracy and craftsmanship Maintain a clean and safe work environment Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines Minimum Qualifications: 2+ years of experience in custom millwork, cabinetry, or woodworking Ability to read and interpret shop drawings Experience with woodworking tools and machinery Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stand for extended periods Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented Physical Demands (Must be able to perform with or without reasonable accommodation): Standing for long periods of time. Repeat the same movements. Use their hands to handle, control, or feel objects, tools, or controls. Monday - Friday with occasional Saturdays as needed. Job Type: Full-time Expected hours: No less than 40 per week Schedule: 8 hour shift Monday to Friday Overtime Weekends as needed Work Location: In person
