As a Senior Art Director in the Prime Video Brand Partnership team, you'll be pivotal in crafting dynamic cobranded campaigns, navigating from initial pitch through to flawless execution.

Your role will involve:

  • Collaborating with a talented team, including Copywriters, other Art Directors, Creative Directors, Solutions Managers, and Producers to create customer-focused, strategic, and visually compelling solutions that achieve advertiser objectives.
  • Designing compelling, video-first creative that spans across Amazon's diverse platforms including Amazon.com, Alexa, Twitch, and Prime Video.
  • Owning the visual essence of pitch presentations, ensuring meticulous design and structure while maintaining an engaging narrative.
  • Presenting compelling concepts and designs to a range of stakeholders, effectively communicating creative visions and solutions.
  • Managing multiple high-priority projects in a fast-paced environment, maintaining exceptional design quality under tight deadlines.
  • Adhering to IP constraints and production realities while fostering creativity.
  • Contributing to the improvement of creative processes through detailed documentation and evaluation.
  • Balancing stakeholder needs while focusing on an exceptional customer experience and brand alignment.

The Brand Innovation Lab within Amazon is dedicated to creating impactful campaigns for global advertisers, leveraging the full spectrum of our platforms to engage millions of Amazon customers.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • 8+ years of experience in creative strategy and execution within an agency or an in-house creative team.
  • Bachelor's degree.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proficient in InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Keynote.
  • Experience building collaborative relationships across product, consumer research, and marketing teams.
  • Proven track record of leading innovative creative projects from concept to delivery.
  • Strong ability to manage creative teams, including designers, copywriters, and external partners.
  • Skill in presenting concepts effectively to senior executives.
  • Adept at juggling multiple projects while meeting tight deadlines.

Located at: Santa Monica, CA. The salary range for this position is $141,000.00 - $190,700.00 annually.
