We are in search of an enthusiastic and results-driven Digital Advertising Account Manager. In this role, you will collaborate with our advertisers, helping them navigate complex business challenges and proactively addressing potential obstacles. As a vital member of our team, you will manage and exceed advertiser goals to drive revenue. You will build strong relationships with clients, leveraging Amazon's proprietary data to provide tailored recommendations that help them achieve their business objectives.
In this exciting position, you will:
- Become proficient in Amazon Advertising solutions with a focus on driving revenue growth.
- Develop comprehensive annual brand and media strategies aligned with advertiser goals.
- Create omnichannel media plans and campaign strategies while identifying effective audience targeting for various brands and product lines.
- Utilize data-driven analysis to evaluate KPIs and enhance campaign performance.
- Gather in-depth insights from data analysis, providing actionable recommendations to shape both short-term and long-term digital media strategies.
- Educate advertisers on key performance metrics and insights to maximize their results on Amazon.
- Collaborate extensively with sales and other Amazon teams to boost revenue and enhance advertiser satisfaction.
Basic Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in digital advertising and client-facing roles.
- Proven track record in online marketing, including social media, display advertising, and search engine marketing.
- Ability to translate technical analysis and metrics into actionable insights for various stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills, bridging business and technology challenges.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
- Experience working across cross-functional teams, effectively collaborating with individuals at all organizational levels.
- Knowledge of programmatic strategy and implementation.
- Experience in creating impactful processes and tools that benefit advertisers.
- 3-5 years experience in Advertising, including Media Buying/Planning focusing on Digital Advertising, eCommerce, or Broadcast/Streaming TV.

The base salary range for this role is between 66,300.00 - 108,800.00 USD annually, plus sign-on payments, restricted stock units (RSUs), and sales incentives. Final compensation will depend on various factors including your experience and qualifications.
