Enterprise Architect (W2 Positions Only)

Greetings!

We are looking for Enterprise Architect position. We re seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect to lead technology, data, and integration strategy across our Corporate Systems portfolio including Finance, HR, Marketing, Legal, Compliance, and Corporate Operations. You will define target architectures, drive modernization, enable insights, and ensure platforms are scalable, secure, integrated, and aligned to business goals.

Workstyle: Hybrid

Location: New Jersey

NOTE : Candidate must be on Teknosys W2 only.

Experience: 10+

Mandatory key Skillset: ERP/HCM/CRM, Security, privacy, and regulatory regulations, cloud architectures, data models, APIs, and integration patterns.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain target-state architecture, roadmaps, and standards for corporate functions.
• Lead architecture for ERP/HCM/CRM/MarTech/Compliance platforms and associated integrations.
• Define data models, governance, and analytics architectures that enable reporting and insights.
• Guide API, integration, and event-driven designs across corporate systems.
• Ensure platforms meet security, privacy, and regulatory requirements.
• Partner with business leaders and technology teams to translate strategy into executable designs.
• Support solution delivery teams, review designs, and ensure alignment to enterprise standards.

What You Bring

• 10+ years in enterprise or solution architecture across corporate domains.
• Strong experience with SaaS platforms, cloud architectures, data models, APIs, and integration patterns.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and communicate complex concepts clearly.
• Experience with analytics, data governance, and enterprise reporting platforms is a plus.
