Enterprise Architect – Corporate Systems (HR, Finance, ERP)

Experience required: 10–15 years overall IT experience; 5–7+ years in corporate systems/ERP architecture; strong integration and controls background.

Our customers continue to modernize their corporate systems’ landscape, including HR, Finance, and ERP platforms. TCS supports assessment and advisory initiatives to ensure these platforms remain scalable, integrated, and compliant.

Scope

This role focuses on architecture for enterprise corporate systems and their integration with the broader technology ecosystem.

Skills Required

  • Experience architecting HR, Finance, and ERP platforms (Workday/Anaplan/Oracle/SAP or equivalent)
  • Understanding of end-to-end process flows (e.g., Procure-to-Pay, Record-to-Report)
  • Experience defining integration strategies and data exchange across corporate platforms
  • Knowledge of enterprise integration patterns (APIs, middleware, event-driven integration)
  • Awareness of controls, audit, and compliance requirements for corporate systems
  • Ability to define security and segregation-of-duties considerations in architecture
  • Experience developing multi-year technology roadmaps and technical debt remediation plans
  • Strong focus on NFRs (performance, scalability, reliability, security)
  • Ability to partner with HR/Finance business stakeholders and communicate architecture decisions

Responsibilities

  • Create comprehensive system blueprints for corporate platforms (Finance, HR, enterprise business apps) including components, data flow, and integrations
  • Develop long-term technology roadmaps; evaluate technologies for quality/security; ensure alignment with enterprise architecture strategy
  • Partner with HR/Finance business owners to capture needs and translate business processes into architecture decisions
  • Assess and document technical debt; define prioritization frameworks and remediation roadmaps with clear stakeholder communication
  • Define and enforce NFR expectations (performance, scalability, reliability, security) and how compliance is monitored through lifecycle
  • Define end-to-end ERP/corporate architecture across domains, including integration and data exchange; guide rollout and migration planning
  • Ensure architecture accounts for ERP critical layers (data model, application layers, integrations, infrastructure, security/compliance)
  • Identify cross-functional dependencies and proactively manage integration impacts across the enterprise
  • Produce architecture artifacts (solution maps, target state, integration landscape) and support governance reviews

Salary Range: $120,000-$150,000 a year
