MECHANICAL DESIGNER - REVIT MEP AND BIM SPECIALISTLocation: Dallas, TX Salary: $48,000 to $55,000We are seeking a Mechanical Designer with strong Revit MEP and BIM experience to support the design and coordination of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems for building projects. This role works closely with mechanical engineers and project teams to translate engineering concepts into detailed BIM models and construction documents.This position is ideal for a hands on BIM professional who enjoys coordination, technical modeling, and working on multi discipline building projects.WHAT YOU WILL DODevelop detailed Revit MEP models for HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical systemsCreate coordinated BIM models for residential, commercial, and mixed use projectsTranslate engineering sketches, markups, and calculations into constructible modelsProduce 2D construction drawings directly from Revit modelsCoordinate MEP systems with architectural and structural designsIdentify and resolve clashes using BIM coordination toolsParticipate in interdisciplinary coordination meetingsMaintain BIM standards, templates, and familiesManage model updates and revisions throughout the project lifecycleAssist with permit and construction documentationWHAT WE ARE LOOKING FORAssociate or Bachelor degree in Engineering Technology, Architecture, or a BIM related field3 to 7 years of experience using Autodesk Revit MEP in the AEC industryAdvanced Revit MEP modeling skillsExperience producing construction documents for HVAC and plumbing systemsStrong understanding of BIM workflows and MEP coordinationPREFERRED EXPERIENCEExperience working with mechanical engineering consulting firmsFamiliarity with HVAC and plumbing system design conceptsExperience on large residential or commercial building projectsKnowledge of BIM coordination tools such as Navisworks or BIM 360Experience creating custom Revit families and templatesWHY APPLYCompetitive salaryCompany paid medical and dental insuranceHealth Savings Account and vision coverage401(k) with company matchPaid time off and holidaysEmployee assistance and discount programsStable full time schedule, Monday to FridayIf you are a Mechanical Designer with the above requirements please email your resume to: KELLY.TAYLOR@CYBERCODERS.COMBenefits
