Here's what we're looking for.
5+ years of CRM experience
3+ years administering Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM
Experience customizing
CRM forms, entities, and business workflows
Experience managing
system integrations with enterprise applications
Strong
communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills
Key Responsibilities
Administer and maintain
Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM configuration, security roles, and user access
Customize
CRM fields, entities, workflows, automation rules, and forms
Manage
CRM integrations with ERP, CPQ, and marketing systems
Monitor and maintain
data accuracy, deduplication, and system integrity
Develop and maintain
CRM dashboards, reports, and analytics
Provide
user support, troubleshooting, and training
for internal teams
Test and deploy
system updates, enhancements, and new features
Establish and maintain
CRM governance, documentation, and best practices
Collaborate with
sales, marketing, and customer service teams
to improve processes
Serve as a liaison between
business users, IT teams, and external vendors
