Power Platform & Microsoft Dynamics CRM Developer

Job Summary:
We are looking for a Power Platform & Microsoft Dynamics CRM Developer to design, develop, and implement solutions using Microsoft Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI) and Dynamics 365 CRM. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in customizing CRM modules, developing PowerApps applications, automating workflows, and integrating Microsoft 365 and third party applications.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Dynamics 365 CRM Development • Customize and configure Dynamics 365 CRM modules (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Field Service). • Develop plugins, workflows, actions, and business rules using C#, JavaScript, Power Automate. • Implement custom entities, forms, views, dashboards, and reports. • Integrate Dynamics 365 with external applications using Web APIs and Power Automate. • Perform data migrations from legacy CRM systems using SSIS, KingswaySoft, or Power Automate
2. Power Platform Development • Design and develop PowerApps (Canvas & Model Driven Apps) for business process automation. • Automate workflows using Power Automate (Cloud & Desktop Flows). • Develop and optimize Power BI reports & dashboards with Dynamics 365 data. • Use Dataverse (Common Data Service CDS) to store and manage business data. • Implement AI Builder, Virtual Agents, and RPA (Robotic Process Automation) when required.
3. Integration & Customization • Develop custom connectors, REST API integrations, and Azure Logic Apps. • Implement security models (role based access, field level security, business units) in CRM. • Work with Microsoft Graph API, Azure Functions, and Azure Data Factory for advanced integrations.
4. Troubleshooting & Support • Debug and resolve CRM & PowerApps issues in development and production environments. • Optimize performance of Dynamics CRM applications and Power Automate flows. • Provide technical documentation, training, and end user support.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Technical Skills: • Strong experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM development and customization. • Proficiency in Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse). • Knowledge of C#, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, CSS for CRM customizations. • Experience with REST APIs, OData, JSON, and SOAP for CRM integrations. • Hands on experience with SQL Server, SSIS, and Azure Functions. • Strong understanding of ALM (Application Lifecycle Management) and DevOps for Power Platform.
Soft Skills: • Strong problem solving and analytical skills. • Good communication and teamwork abilities. • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Education & Experience: • Bachelorâ's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. • 3+ years of experience in Dynamics 365 CRM & Power Platform development. • Microsoft Power Platform or Dynamics 365 certifications (PL 100, PL 400, MB 600) are a plus.
Preferred Certifications: Microsoft Power Platform App Maker Microsoft Power Platform Developer Dynamics 365 + Power Platform Solution Architect Power Platform or Dynamics 365 Fundamentals
