Shift: 7 AM - 3:30 PM, Mon - Fri

6+ months of related experience
Ability to stand for the majority of each shift and lift 75 pounds
Strong attention to detail to ensure proper coating and finish quality
Willingness to assist with additional tasks as needed to support production

Responsibilities
Perform light sanding and grinding on welded areas and cut edges
Hang items on powder-coated racks and remove debris as needed
Steam clean and rinse parts, then bake off moisture using an industrial powder coat oven
Apply powder coating using a handheld powder paint gun
Load and bake painted parts in an industrial powder coat oven
Clean powder coat gun and booth during each color change
Move parts in and out of designated work areas
Assist with additional production or shop tasks as needed
