We're searching for a skilled Industrial / Powder Coat Painter to join our production team. This role is essential to delivering high-quality, durable, and visually impressive products. Prepare surfaces: cleaning, sanding, masking, blasting Set up & operate powder coating equipment, spray guns, curing ovens Mix, match, and apply coatings to exact specifications Inspect finished parts for quality and consistency Maintain a clean, safe, organized workspace Perform routine equipment maintenance and report issues Follow all safety procedures and company standards What You Bring
Prior industrial painting or powder coating experience required Strong understanding of surface prep, coating thickness, curing Ability to read work orders and meet production deadlines Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for long periods Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or on a team What We Offer

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $33.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
