Pay Rate: $16.00 per hour
Shift:
Monday - Friday | 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM

Previous call center, customer service, or billing experience preferred.
Strong communication, active listening, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in the office during scheduled hours and remain flexible for potential schedule changes.
Basic computer skills and the ability to use call center software.
Day-to-Day:
Handle inbound and outbound calls related to billing and payment inquiries.
Communicate effectively in both Spanish and English to assist a diverse customer base.
Accurately update customer accounts and log call details in the system.
Resolve customer issues while adhering to company policies and procedures.
Participate in training and follow-up coaching sessions to maintain quality standards.
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily and weekly performance goals.
