JOB SUMMARY:
The Activities Director will plan and coordinate meaningful activities to enrich the lives and environment of our residents. This is a fun and rewarding job that helps maintain and foster a positive atmosphere. Sapphire will provide the training and guidance to make sure you are confident in this role.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for the direct oversight of the indoor and outdoor activities
Plan and carry out a creative and enjoyable life enrichment program in accordance with resident interests
Coordinate monthly activity calendar making it available to all residents, families and friends
Conduct one on one activities with residents
Collaborate with outside community organizations or volunteers
Oversee the life enrichment budget
The Activity Director will document all participation from residents
Assists in timely decorating for holidays or special events
Other duties as assigned
