Director of Consumer Insights (Audience Science & Measurement)
Ayzenberg Group, Inc., Pasadena, CA, United States
Overview
WHO WE ARE: Ayzenberg Group, based in Pasadena, CA, is one of the largest, privately held advertising and media companies on the West Coast. We’re a culture of curiosity, filled with player/coaches who care deeply about the work from the top down, and team members with an entrepreneurial mindset. We are an equal opportunity employer. Okay, nice jargon, but what does that actually mean? Basically, we believe we can do the best work possible while still being kind, collaborative and respectful to everyone involved. We strive to macro (not micro) manage and give all team members the support and freedom they need to thrive—both professionally and personally. We’re deeply passionate about where the industry is headed—especially when it comes to AI. From creative automation to predictive insights and smarter media strategy, we’re not only leaning into but creating the tools and technologies shaping the future of marketing, and we’re looking for teammates who are excited to grow with us in that space. In a nutshell, whether you’re a client or a team member, we want you to love it here. WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR: We’re looking for a
Director of Consumer Insights
who is a true data thinker first — someone who understands not just how to interpret data, but how to engineer and validate it. This is not a traditional “reporting and decks” insights role. Instead, this person will sit at the center of Ayzenberg’s
audience intelligence and predictive analytics ecosystem , helping shape how we build, test, validate, and improve our consumer models and audience tools. You will help power and advance our proprietary audience platform
Soulmates.ai , working at the intersection of behavioral science, AI, and marketing activation. The ideal candidate is: Deeply analytical and technically fluent (modeling, measurement, data engineering, AI-enabled analytics) Passionate about consumer psychology, behavioral science, and psychometrics Comfortable operating in a fast-moving agency environment Able to translate complex methodology into business impact Curious about how AI, data science, and predictive modeling can shape the future of marketing We’re looking for someone with the right combination of
technical rigor, intellectual curiosity, and communication skills
to hold their own in conversations with both engineers and marketers about modeling fidelity, predictive accuracy, and measurement systems. This person will work closely with
the CEO, President, AI engineering team, and Soulmates product team
to evolve our audience intelligence platform while also supporting client teams with credible, defensible, insight-driven strategy. You’ll play a critical role in strengthening and scaling our proprietary audience tools — including
Digital Twins, predictive audience models, and the Soulmates.ai platform
— as they are deployed across our agency, clients, and broader industry ecosystem. If you’re excited about combining
