Sentara Health is seeking to hire a qualified individual to join our team as a Sales Supervisor for Home Care and Hospice Services.
Position Status: Full Time - Day Shift
Position Location: Chesapeake, VA. Travel to different locations throughout Hampton Roads as needed.
Salary Range: $69,742 - $116,251
We provide market‑competitive compensation packages, inclusive of base pay, incentives, and benefits.
Overview Supervises all sales and servicing activities related to the Account Executive team to ensure quality patient care and patient transitions from facility or provider practice to home‑based services. The Sales Manager position oversees growth and referral volume within Home Health and Hospice.
Education Bachelor Level Degree at minimum (highly preferred)
Experience
Supervisory experience (1 year required)
Sales experience (5 years required)
