We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive individual to join our Finance team and support disbursement and financial operations. This role plays a key part in ensuring accurate invoicing, efficient fund management, and smooth coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure timely and accurate invoicing within agreed timelines.
Handle accounts receivable, receipts, and debtor follow-ups.
Manage petty cash, third-party invoices, and expense records.
Coordinate with operations and other departments for financial processes.
Maintain accurate financial records and prepare reports for management.
Respond to customer and stakeholder inquiries promptly.
Ensure compliance with company policies and financial procedures.
What We’re Looking For
Degree or part qualification in Finance/Accounting (CA, CIMA, ACCA, AAT).
1–3 years’ experience in a similar finance role in Shipping & Logistics Industry.
Strong analytical, communication, and IT skills.
Ability to work accurately under pressure and meet deadlines.
